Among the Scents of the Land and a Passion for Nature
The Nero d’Avola vineyard, from which we produce our authentic wine, lives in harmony with ancient olive trees whose fruits give us our oil, while palm trees provide pleasant shade by the pool. Our environmental commitment is reflected in the use of solar panels for hot water production and complete water autonomy, including for irrigation.
We also encourage our Guests to reduce water consumption by reusing towels, we primarily use LED lighting systems, and we limit the use of plastic.
